This beautifully crafted, fully functional 18-inch reproduction spyglass is a great addition to any nautical collection. It features high quality solid-brass tube construction, with an antique-finished tubular main body sheathed in a rectangular-shaped, black cowhide and utilizes glass optics for a clear view.

The antique style spyglass is operated by extending the body fully and then pushing the eyepiece in and out to adjust focal point. Engraved near the eye piece is a crown symbol above the words: "London 1941".

When collapsed, it has a unique, rectangular overall shape, encased in black cowhide, including a thin hand-strap stitched neatly along its front-most section, for a more steady, secure grip (which also helps to keep oxidation caused by the acid in your fingers to a minimum) & a removeable protective box-shaped end cap for its eyepiece, providing an overall rugged, boxy and compact look and feel.
